Since the beginning of 2012, the Joint Management Committee (JMC) had done a lot of maintenance works to keep the Kuantan Tembeling Resort (KTR) in good condition and to prevent any facilities/equipments from breakdown. Listed below are some of the more important works completed.
1) Purchased and replaced PCB Card and thyrisor module for Lift No. 5 in Block E.
Cost - RM14,017.17
2) Replaced 2HP pump at Pump House (near to guard house)
Cost - RM4,648.50
3) Setting and Calibration of all (10 units) electrical Master Switch Boards (MSB)
Cost - RM3,800.00
4) Replaced damaged fountain pump at swimming pool
Cost - RM1,530.00
5 Repaired water leakage at Electrical Switch Box of Block E & F
Cost - RM1,100.00
6) Repaired water leakage at Riser Telephone Cables of Block B, C & D
Cost - RM4,300.00
7) Cleaned 3nos. water tanks at Block B
Cost - RM2,300.00
The following works are approved by JMC and contractors are told to do the works ASAP.
1) Repair/replace collapsed fencing near Block D
Cost - 1,400.00
2) Supply and replace gear oil for all lifts (Block A-F)
Cost - 4,800.00
3) Supply and replace lift landing door jamb for lifts
Cost - 3,240.00
The following works are awaiting for approval.
1) Replace Jacuzzi pump
Estimate Cost - RM5,000.00
2) Supply and replace Car Locking device for all lifts
Estimate Cost - RM15,600.00
3) To replace Shower and stand at swimming pool
Estimate Cost - RM 2,500.00
The following works are in the planning stage.
1) Repainting KTR
2) Replacing the balance of all rusted iron railing
3) Installation of CCTV
4) Replace all lifts
The JMC is doing a good job and I am sure with everybody (owners & tenants) support (moral and financial) JMC will continue to do a good job.
